Cause/ reason of hearing impairment:-


There are lots of reasons for hearing impairment & we divide these reason three parts –

Pre-natal 
ü   Genetic cause
ü  Already that family has a hearing impairment.
ü  Age factor, not a well diet.
ü  Age at the time of pregnancy ( below 18 or above 35)
ü  Any disease if mother have in first three month
ü  Not use a balanced diet by female
ü  If mother & child have a different R-H factor
ü  Use of X-ray at high rate
ü  Use of medicine without consult with doctor
ü  Health problem during pregnancy
ü  Use of alcohol by female like cigarette, wine or drugs
ü  Any injury during pregnancy
ü  Not  use of injection at a fix interval during pregnancy
ü  Small gap between two or more children
ü  Use of wrong way of abortion
ü  If mother has a disabilities due to infection
ü   Lack of oxygen at pre-natal stage in mind of child

There are few learning disability problems which affect all the educational disabilities, math is one of them. In this, we face lot of problem like put number in a wrong place, not use a right way or solve any quarry. Here, we are mention some point to come out from this problem.

ü  Free to choose paper: - use different – 2 type of paper  in class and tell student to complete it.

ü  Give less work to student and to analysis the student give them a question to solve.

ü  Time & again not raise the basic question because there are lot of child who has disabilities like ADD and learning.

ü  Use color combination – use these technical for  those who not give attention to any change on page.

ü  Color point – use this to tell the children where the counting start.  
ü  Memory Technic – uses this to divide the process into parts and follow a rule like – divide, multiple, plus and minus.

ü  Always use the generally word which mostly use in math like divide by 2 is equally divided into two parts, multiple by 10 or plus the sum etc.

They feel problem in writing like making notes or any type of hand outs. Due to this problem they are not able to represent them self in terms of writing. Here, we are giving some suggestion/ view, who to come out from this problem / disability.

                                       Reading is an important part of our life. Reading is a process in which a person learn lot of thing verbally in terms of different- 2 sign and signal. To study in a confident manner, a person should be accumulate all these sign & signal to make voice, we call it a word. After this word, we make sentence & so on, but there are lots of child / person who are unable to read. These types of word or problem in study, we call them learning disabled person/child. 

These types of child / person are unable to make coordination or connectivity with the society; also they do not have a good language development. Here, we are giving some point or suggestion to improve these types of learning disabled:-

· Teacher should tell children about the topic & details before study, so that all the children make an imagination about the topic & try to make a inter link during study. A

Under the treatment of an autism child we mainly consider some important point. We try to improve behaviour: -

1.  Abnormal behaviour: -     Autism children in his daily activity perform / do some positive or negative behaviour. We always try to motivate for their positive behaviour & try to make it in their negative behaviour. For positive behaviour he found a social motivation and for negative / abnormal behaviour, we mention come point to improve.

·  Collection of behaviour: - Under this parents collect that behaviour in which they want to improve and discuss this thing with expert.

·   Reason & reinforcement: - Under their parents try to find out those reason if they happen, an autism child start is abnormal behaviour suddenly he change his behaviour in to negative. If an autism cry & parents give a quick attention to this, it looks like reinforcement is a negative.

Normally we see that there are lots of special schools for day care, but for the rest day & night they stay at home. If these children require a special care or every time surely we provide to them, but environment of institution special school / organization are not artificial, but it look like real environment.

3. Advise for Family: - Always try to give accurate knowledge or information about the child, So that they are able to handle their special behaviour. Doctor brings a small improvement those children, but not makes a separation from the family.

                                        Current we do not have any fix or clear reason for an Autism, but our past experience & assumption. We mention some reason for Autism: -

1.      Genetic Issue: - 
                                         On our past experience of survey, we say that the ratio of a attention child is much higher in those family, who have an autism person in their family like grandfather, father, uncle, mother, grandmother etc. Approx 2% of autism child have a autism elder brother or sister which in effected from autism.

2.      Structure of Mind: -  
                                                 On the bases of study, we can say that the structure of mind is have a strong reason for autism. Different part of mind like frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, midbrain, if these parts have a structure problem that child surely an autism child.

3.   Due to Infection: - 
                                         If a child become effected from any serious disease. The possibility of this child becomes higher to effect from autism or mental retardation.

4.  Related with mental retardation: - 
                                                                 Autism and mental retardation both are related & fine mostly together children so they are lot of reason for mental retardation jointly these reason also responsibility for autism, like Down syndrome, Fragile – x – syndrome, Pader – willi syndrome and pheny ketonuria.
  
5. Injury:-  
                        Lot of our expert have a sommelier view or agree on these point, If a child have any problem at the time of birth like – start weeping very late, lack of oxygen, miss use of equipments etc, surely this child become an autism child

                                                     An Autism child is unable to make a good relationship with parents, other family member & society also. If parents give a social behaviour in that condition also the child not give a positive response. If parents put up child in his arm & try to kiss them. They do not like these types of behaviour also. They are not interest to play such a game with other children also. They not make an eye contact with parents & with teacher in classroom also.
2. Unbalance / abnormal communication:-
                                                            These children have a communication gap with other. A Autism child does not have a speech development & if it starts very late. Speech development starts in Autism child is normally at age of 2 years, during the conversation with other person. They not give a good / right answer, they always proper to repeat a single word.
3. Interest & behaviour related limitation: -
                                                        An Autism child feel problem, when we make a change in his environment and they start to repeat his behaviour / activity. They demand for one type of cloths or a single game. They start their special behaviour like movement of hand & finger also.

4. Other reason: - These children suddenly change their behaviour, like suddenly become very angry or them afraid without any reason. They always are an angry child. Normally we see that approx 25% of children start epilepsy at age of 18 years.
