Planning management of cerebral palsy

Planning management of cerebral palsy: -
                                      Mostly in cerebral palsy child, we found physically or many types of other problem also. These entire problems we require special educator or these children for their education, take care or other training. We have some important point for this: -
1.      Special Education: - If a child has severe, profound and another cerebral palsy or together that child has MR (mental retardation) or other disease also that child requires a special education from a special educator. We require special material and book according to their capacity.
2.      Normal Education: - Some child affected little bit from cerebral palsy disease. They are able to get the normal education with normal child together.

3.      Daily activity: - Those children who are highly effected from this (C.P), they are unable to do daily activity like bathing, toilet, change clothes, eating food. We give training them for this. These children require daily activity training more than the education.
4.      Sports Education: - those children who are affected from cerebral palsy have a physically problem and also have a low level of social skill. We give them sports education according to their capacity, age and environment.
5.      Supports equipment: - The children who are affected from cerebral palsy, mostly have problem in walking, to sit or stand up and to bad etc. so if we give them special support & equipment, these things really help them.

6.      Vocational Training: - Those children who are affected little bit from cerebral palsy, if we give them a vocational program or any training. After this program they are able to do any job and also make their social life better.

 Level of Frequency: -


           According to this, we divide level of frequency in to three parts –

1.   Mild cerebral palsy: -    In this condition, a person has low level of disability in terms of body language & walking. The child has fully freedom. But maybe he has some problem in learning.
2.  Moderate cerebral palsy: - In this condition, a person has high level of disability in terms of body language & walking. The child developed with the help of medical equipment & lives freely.
 Severe cerebral palsy: - In this condition, a person has fully disorder in terms of body language and walking. These children are fully depending on other for every activity.

Quantity of affected body part: -
             1       Monoplegia: - In this condition, only one hand or one leg affected from cerebral palsy, mostly we find one hand affected from this.
              II.     Hemiplegia: - In this condition, a person affected one leg & hand, one side of the body.
               III.      Dieplegia: - In this condition, mostly we found both the leg are affected from this. Some time we see the effect hand also.
               IV.   Paraplegia: - In this condition, only both the leg are affected.
              v.  Quadriplegia: - In this condition, both the leg & hand are affected from this. In other word we can say that whole bodies are affected.

     According to medical symptoms: -
A. Spasticity: - Its mean the person has very tight muscular, lazy child and not looking good. Muscular become tighter when we increase our walking speed, also when become angry.
B. Athetosis: - It means uncontrolled speed. When a child try to move any part of the body start uncontrol activity. Children who are affected from this disease are just look like a small baby, who has flexible body.
C. Ataxic: - It means unbalance or unbalance speed. This type of children does not have a balance. They feel problem when they sit or when they stand up. They have a low level of muscular tighter.
D. Mixed: - Spastic and athetosis, when we find both the diseases in a child that is called mix cerebral palsy.

 · The children who ayre affected from this disease low level of development.
· They take lot of time to learn things like – how to sit, moment of neck.
·  Low level of language.

·  Some time we see problem like – visual impairment, hearing impairment also.
· The children either sit keep quiet, either weep too much.
·  They are very lazy & not happy.
·  They are not comfortable in bathing & wearing cloth.
·  Lot of children has symptoms of MR also.

Cause of Locomotor Disability

Cause of Locomotor Disability: -
                               A disability occur when a person have a injury or accident and its damage one part of the body & it’s see very clear, it mean this person have a problem in sitting, walking to carry out anything & to jump etc. Here, we mention some causes of locomotor disability –
Ø  Due to accident: - if a person meet any accident or any injury in which that person get any injury or damage one part of body also see very clear, I come under this cause. Like fracture in leg or hand. After this the person unable to do daily activity normally.
Ø  Polio: - we call it infection also and under this we divide it into three parts – 1.Leon 2.Lansing 3.Branch hide etc. mostly it find out in the age of 6 month to 2 years. It’s also finding in the age of 5 year. The urine of a polio affected child due to the virus. This virus increase in lack of vitamin in food.

Ø  Leprosy – In this diseases our skin get spotted and we start to have less temperature and sensation in our body, in such disease we also have blisters and wound on our body.
cerebralPalsy: - Cerebral palsy is a disability which comes under cause of locomotor disability. We divide cerebral palsy into two part one is cerebral & another is palsy. Cerebral cover both the part of our mind & the meaning of palsy is paralyzing in or a condition which damage the control of body moment. The cerebral palsy is not bounded by any age factors like we see it pre- natal, natal, post- natal position also. The people & children also who are affected from C.P, mostly we find different – different problem in every which effect the control of body moment. The children who are affect from C.P, mostly we see MR problem in them, but other person have a normal I.Q level. Mostly we divide into three different part: -
A.    Level of Frequency.
B.     Quantity of effected body part.
C.     According to medical symptoms.
Ø  Neuro Muscular: - It is a disease in which start neuro muscular. It also affects the work activity of muscular. It is not bounded by the age. Some child effected from it in the age of early childhood & some children at the age adolescent. It is a not a genetic issue or disease. Mostly this disease effect both the leg of the children and its effect the effect the walking pattern of children, the child feel lot of problem in walking. It also affects our breathing system.

                                                           A person in which we find two or more disabilities in a single person, we call him multiple disability. There are lot of reason for this but here we are mention some reason according to different stage like pre-natal, natal and post-natal. If a person aware about the reason surely we try to stop it.

ü  Age at the time of pregnancy ( below 18 or above 35)
ü  Any disease if mother have in first three month
ü  Not use a balanced diet by female
ü  If mother & child have a different R-H factor

ü  Use of medicine without consult with doctor
ü  Health problem during pregnancy
ü  Use of alcohol by female like cigarette, wine or drugs
ü  Any injury during pregnancy
ü   Not use of injection at a fix interval during pregnancy

ü  Any types of infection like jaundice fewer, mind fewer etc
ü   Not use of injection according to medical guideline
ü  Infection in ear.
ü  If the child have any infection long time like cough, cold.
ü  If the child unable to digest.

                                                               It is a disability in which we find two or more disability in a single person. there are no fix combination for any disability. Here we are mention some point which help the a person to stop multiple disabilities.

·         Marry in early stage of life or at high stage of life always avoid         by female candidate.
·         Always use a balance diet & routine checkup of female                       candidate.
·         Have a gap of three year between children.
·         Never use a wrong way of abortion.
·         Female candidate have a routine checkup for diabetes.
·         Special care at the time of pre- natal position from any injury.
·         Always try to live as relax & tension free.
·         Avoid unnecessary medicine at time of pre- natal.
·         Use all the injections at their fix time/interval in pre- natal                 position or before birth.
·         Avoid equipments at the time of birth.
·         If baby not weep after birth as soon as hang him/her by leg.
·         If epilepsy start in child, as soon as take help from child                           specialist.
·         Always give a balanced diet to child.

·         Give all injections to child at a fix time recommend by doctor.

                          Injection process is an important step to stop disability. There is lot of injection which recommended by doctor for pre-natal, natal and post- natal position; if we use them surely we stop disease like titans, cold, cough, measles and rubella.
                                                                                             If we know the disease at right time, it easy to stop him with discusses these conditions with doctor and taking a balanced diet. There are some lists of injection:-

Ø  Quantity of dose: - If we use multiple doses they not give a good response. But if we take a single dose in fix interval it’s good for health.
