                                       Reading is an important part of our life. Reading is a process in which a person learn lot of thing verbally in terms of different- 2 sign and signal. To study in a confident manner, a person should be accumulate all these sign & signal to make voice, we call it a word. After this word, we make sentence & so on, but there are lots of child / person who are unable to read. These types of word or problem in study, we call them learning disabled person/child. 

These types of child / person are unable to make coordination or connectivity with the society; also they do not have a good language development. Here, we are giving some point or suggestion to improve these types of learning disabled:-

· Teacher should tell children about the topic & details before study, so that all the children make an imagination about the topic & try to make a inter link during study. A

   Treatment of Autism children: -

Under the treatment of an autism child we mainly consider some important point. We try to improve behaviour: -

1.  Abnormal behaviour: -     Autism children in his daily activity perform / do some positive or negative behaviour. We always try to motivate for their positive behaviour & try to make it in their negative behaviour. For positive behaviour he found a social motivation and for negative / abnormal behaviour, we mention come point to improve.

·  Collection of behaviour: - Under this parents collect that behaviour in which they want to improve and discuss this thing with expert.

·   Reason & reinforcement: - Under their parents try to find out those reason if they happen, an autism child start is abnormal behaviour suddenly he change his behaviour in to negative. If an autism cry & parents give a quick attention to this, it looks like reinforcement is a negative.

Normally we see that there are lots of special schools for day care, but for the rest day & night they stay at home. If these children require a special care or every time surely we provide to them, but environment of institution special school / organization are not artificial, but it look like real environment.

3. Advise for Family: - Always try to give accurate knowledge or information about the child, So that they are able to handle their special behaviour. Doctor brings a small improvement those children, but not makes a separation from the family.

                                        Current we do not have any fix or clear reason for an Autism, but our past experience & assumption. We mention some reason for Autism: -

1.      Genetic Issue: - 
                                         On our past experience of survey, we say that the ratio of a attention child is much higher in those family, who have an autism person in their family like grandfather, father, uncle, mother, grandmother etc. Approx 2% of autism child have a autism elder brother or sister which in effected from autism.

2.      Structure of Mind: -  
                                                 On the bases of study, we can say that the structure of mind is have a strong reason for autism. Different part of mind like frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, midbrain, if these parts have a structure problem that child surely an autism child.

3.   Due to Infection: - 
                                         If a child become effected from any serious disease. The possibility of this child becomes higher to effect from autism or mental retardation.

4.  Related with mental retardation: - 
                                                                 Autism and mental retardation both are related & fine mostly together children so they are lot of reason for mental retardation jointly these reason also responsibility for autism, like Down syndrome, Fragile – x – syndrome, Pader – willi syndrome and pheny ketonuria.
  
5. Injury:-  
                        Lot of our expert have a sommelier view or agree on these point, If a child have any problem at the time of birth like – start weeping very late, lack of oxygen, miss use of equipments etc, surely this child become an autism child

These types of children have communication problem. They are unable to say one sentence continue but repeat a single word. They are not comfortable talking every one, Due to their communication problem, because that is a not develop. This is the main reason why they not become a socialize person, also society not give them a good response. On the behalf of the symptoms of a Autism child, we divided it mainly in three part –

1. Abnormal / social development:-
                                                     An Autism child is unable to make a good relationship with parents, other family member & society also. If parents give a social behaviour in that condition also the child not give a positive response. If parents put up child in his arm & try to kiss them. They do not like these types of behaviour also. They are not interest to play such a game with other children also. They not make an eye contact with parents & with teacher in classroom also.
2. Unbalance / abnormal communication:-
                                                            These children have a communication gap with other. A Autism child does not have a speech development & if it starts very late. Speech development starts in Autism child is normally at age of 2 years, during the conversation with other person. They not give a good / right answer, they always proper to repeat a single word.
3. Interest & behaviour related limitation: -
                                                        An Autism child feel problem, when we make a change in his environment and they start to repeat his behaviour / activity. They demand for one type of cloths or a single game. They start their special behaviour like movement of hand & finger also.

4. Other reason: - These children suddenly change their behaviour, like suddenly become very angry or them afraid without any reason. They always are an angry child. Normally we see that approx 25% of children start epilepsy at age of 18 years.

The main aim of learning disability related work policy is to develop that type of capability in which a child learn lot of things from his education or non-educational summit and learn new things to solve different type of problem. Self evolution is of the technology in which a student evolution his own – behaviour and write down it if he is right or wrong. Self – assessment is likely one of teach in which a children try to understand any particular thing.
                                                                                                                               In short, we can say that for  a learning disability point of view, children try to learn those type of activity which focus on how can learn. Here are some important points to form a good work policy.

They have to important requirement, structural & skills development. These children require a wide time table & a clear direction. All the direction mention in small & clear view so that children understand very easily. Teacher also represents himself in sample way so that they become a helpful. Teacher should give much time to children for their routine activity.

                                                                                                                         For difficult & serious activity, try to make it simple by divide into small activity so that we make it easy for children. Teacher starts those types of activity in which children involve actively & after that turn it in a working activity. In the end we can say that if children are starts this process from them self after that they understand externally environment in better way. Due to skill development, these children find a good result in simple education & with direct rules. In simple education, we involve planning & direction and their affect and analysis also. In direct rules, we involve this type of activity.

Program for Multiple Disabilities

Program for Multiple Disabilities: -
                                                           If any child has a hearing impairment / visual impairment & orthopedic problem and mental retardation also, put his want education, we must send him in a mental retardation, special school. In this condition, teacher must require special help from other to help this type of child. These types of children are called multiple disabled children. If a child has more them one disability, we call him a multiple disabilities.

If we find out more than one disability in a child, it creates a serious education problem that under which educational program me we put down this child. We called it multiple disabilities, to call a person multiple disabilities. We require a serious analysis and assessment result. We require a special educational program me for these types of children like Speech therapist, occupational therapist and special educator. Before drawing any educational program me we must consider other disability like hearing impairment, visual impairment & cerebral palsy.
In short, we can say that they learn that thing what they want to learn like: -

                                                                    We are more positive on mental development or educational ability, for a loco motor child and to make coordination, According to suitability of children. The children should be given training about self confident to start or choose to. They should teach how to assist any planning or any activity. A teacher should be teach them how to use their different part of body, organize activity like singing, acting and any other play are developed according to them for self development. Put down work material such a place where they can reach easily. Give instruction to all the member of the classroom for emergency.                                             Conclusion, according to different disability & seriousness, different – different guide line should be put down, According to their requirement. Teacher try to teach them to write down in copy or note pad instant of lose paper. Always use those types of writing source which require less writing. Always try to use processes, computer, types, and writer, instant of writing or counting and try to teach the children that disability is just a one side of the life.                                                                                                Mental retardation can start at any time below 18y. It can be caused by disease/ injury and any abnormal activity. It can be starting in natal, pre-natal & post natal. There is lots of cause which affect this age group like lead poisoning, in-born error or genetic issues etc.

Pre-natal (reason for disability before birth)
